At the MEDIAN Clinic Bad Sülze, we offer modern rehabilitation in the fields of cardiology, neurology and geriatrics.

Our rehabilitation clinic, which opened in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in 1993, works with harmonised rehabilitation concepts based on the therapy standards of the German Pension Insurance and the guidelines of the specialist associations.

The MEDIAN Clinic Bad Sülze has the extraction rights for the region's brine-rich moor, mines the moor independently all year round, prepares the moor in the clinic and gives it to patients in the form of moor baths, moor packs, moor treading and kneading.

Only very few clinics in Germany apart from ours can offer baths in healing natural peat. The first peat baths were administered in the spa centre of the brine and peat spa Bad Sülze as early as 1901. The peat enables a circulatory-friendly overheating therapy that is also well tolerated by older patients. The heat penetrates deep into the body and also reaches areas with poor circulation, such as the joints. This blood circulation and the simultaneous relief of the musculoskeletal system due to the buoyancy in the moor mud relaxes the muscles and relieves your pain.

By the way: you can watch "our" peat being extracted from the clinic terrace. In the technical rooms of our clinic, the freshly extracted moor is then processed in large boilers and brought to the ideal temperature.

We are happy for our patients to bring a companion to the clinic. Accommodation is possible with an extra bed in a double room.

It is possible to bring a prescription from your family doctor and make use of physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services in our clinic's therapy centre against payment of the patient's own contribution and the prescription fee.

The following non-medical services are included in the price:

By car:

Coming from the A 19 motorway, turn onto the new A 20 motorway at the Rostock junction and take the Bad Sülze exit. The route to the clinic is signposted within the town.

By train:

We will only pick you up from Rostock main station by prior arrangement if you are travelling by train.

By bus:

At Rostock bus station, take bus number 120 in the direction of Tribsees as far as Bad Sülze.
