Exercise is everything! In the Ostseeklinik Prerow, an innovative course for older patients was built to increase their mobility. In the meantime, «The Sea Path» has become an important component of the therapy offer. With this movement course, you can develop your conditional and coordinative skills during independent training. The aim is to promote the sustainability of your rehabilitation and thus your safety in everyday life.

Transport connections + –

Train:
Arrival at the IC station Ribnitz-Damgarten (West). Provided you have given us your arrival details, we will be happy to collect you from the station. You can send your luggage to the clinic before your arrival by Hermes parcel service (if possible 3 - 4 days before the date of arrival), the return transport of your luggage can be organised via the free hotline of the Hermes Group.

Car:
From Hamburg, take the A20 to the Rostock junction, where you change to the A19. From the direction of Berlin, follow the A19. From the Rostock-Ost exit, take the B105 to Altheide and then drive in the direction of Fischland-Darß to Prerow. The clinic is located at the end of Prerow in the direction of Zingst. From Stralsund, you can get to the Baltic resort of Prerow via Löbnitz and Barth, passing Zingst.

Plane:
Fly to the airport Rostock-Laage. From there by bus or taxi to Rostock main station and then by train to Ribnitz-Damgarten IC station (West). We will pick you up there from the station.
