Fresh, salty sea air on the coast, with the magnificent nature of the Rostock Heath just behind and an oasis of peace, comfort and health in between. Our family-run comfort hotel offers the original Schroth cure. The method of the naturopath Johann Schroth, which has been tried and tested for over 180 years, purifies and detoxifies the body. A side effect of the cure is an enormous weight reduction.

The Schroth cure is divided into 3 pillars:

1. Schroth cure diet During the cure you eat only a minimum of food, which is salt-free, fat-free and low in protein and consists almost exclusively of carbohydrates. This relieves your metabolism and forces your body to break down its fat depots, but above all to separate itself from metabolic products that have been left lying around and have not been completely broken down.

2. Cure pack will be wrapped in cold, damp sheets by a packer, your circulation will be stimulated, the blood flow to the skin and organs will be increased, the body temperature will be raised and the metabolism will be increased. While you lie in the pack for about two hours, your body is made to sweat and a real weight reduction is achieved with this metabolic acceleration.

3. Drinking and dry days The constant alternation of drinking and dry days functions like a tissue drainage in which metabolic waste products are removed. Your big and small drinking days are varied by water, various teas and fruit juices as well as dry, low-alcohol and low-calorie white wines. The wine has the effect of stimulating your heart and circulatory system.

The prices are per person in a double room and include daily use of the wellness area with seawater swimming pool (10 x 4m), Finnish sauna and Roman steam sauna. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, telephone, TV and radio. Our in-house parking spaces are available for your use free of charge.
