The 705-year-old Zinnowitz, with more than 160 years of history as a spa resort, is one of the most beautiful baltic seaside resorts on the island of Usedom.

At the beginning of the twentieth century, hotels and guesthouses with impressive architecture were built, which have been lovingly restored and present a unique picture together with the spacious promenade.
Located between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser lagoon at one of the narrowest points of Usedom, the town is surrounded by beech, oak, and coniferous forest. The beach in Zinnowitz is a gently sloping white sand beach about 3 km long and 40 m wide. The newly built recreational jetty with 62 moorings on the Achterwasser lagoon is a further asset.
