Qigong is a centuries-old Chinese practice that aims to harmonize body, mind and soul.
Through the combination of breathing techniques, meditation and gentle movements, the life energy Qi in the body is harmonized. The philosophy of Qigong is based on the concept of the unity of man and nature and the idea that everything in the universe is interconnected. The practice promotes health, well-being and inner peace.

Qigong teaches mindfulness, patience and self-reflection in order to develop one's own potential. It emphasizes the importance of balance and harmony in all aspects of life. Qigong is a holistic method for strengthening the body and relaxing the mind. It is a journey to self-healing and self-realization. The practice can be customized and is accessible to people of all ages and physical conditions.

I would like to invite you to practice Qi Gong with me every Tuesday at 6 pm for one hour.

The meeting point is at the chessboard. In light rain we can meet under the roof in front of the pavilion. The exercises are suitable for beginners. The compensation is 12,00 €.
