From local and exotic spices

Let us take you into the wonderful world of spices.
You will learn many interesting facts about their history, their healing powers and their use in folk medicine. You will also learn about the latest research findings.
I will bring a large selection of spices for you to see, smell and taste.

In the practical part, you can then try your hand at making a delicious fish seasoning with local spices and a curry with exotic spices.
When we roast the spices, the aroma will make your mouth water. You can then use them to conjure up delicious dishes at home. These homemade spices also make wonderful gifts.

The offer is aimed at adults and children aged 12 and over.
The seminar lasts approximately 3 hours, of which 1.5 hours are planned for theory/exchange and 1.5 hours for practice.

The fee includes all documents and materials.

I only work with ingredients from organic farming or wild harvesting.

Please only book in advance by 12 noon the day before at the tourist information office in the Haus des Gastes, Rostocker Straße 3, 18181 Graal-Müritz or at the information point at the pier.
