60 minutes of mantra singing or listening, just be with yourself.
You don't need any previous knowledge and, above all, no special voice.
It is more about the joy of singing in community, with songs and mantras that warm our hearts.
Followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation.
Participation is free of charge, a donation for the room rental is requested.
