Numerous wild herbs and medicinal plants grow in the beautiful Rostock Heath. On our walk you will get to know them in their natural habitat during the different seasons - their shape and form, their medicinal properties and their uses.
Edible wild plants are our most nutritious and honest foods today and are therefore increasingly appreciated.
You will also learn a lot about past times and the nature of plants.
I will select the plants that are at their most powerful at the time of our hike and introduce them to you.
On the spot, I will show you how wild herbs or medicinal plants can be used in the kitchen or natural pharmacy.
You can then take a preparation with medicinal plants home with you for your medicine cabinet or prepare wild herbs in spring and eat them on the spot.
The starting point of the hike is at the Graal-Müritz Ost bus stop.
Minimum number of participants: 5 people
Please only book in advance by 12:00 noon the day before at the tourist information office in the Haus des Gastes, Rostocker Straße 3, 18181 Graal-Müritz or at the information point at the pier.
