A walk through time and nature

The approximately two-hour healing climate hike stimulates all vital functions and senses. During the tour, there is also background knowledge on the five healing climate factors and instructions on simple exercises. Mild stimulating climate and clean, salty air are already here. Learning to consciously experience nature and movement is the goal.
